Corporate Development
More bandwidth. Earlier clarity.
Your team has a deal to move and limited time to investigate. We add senior capacity, focus the review on the risks and opportunities most likely to affect the acquisition, and get material findings to you while there is still time to act.
Focused effort when the deal clock is running
Extra capacity
A typical project brings 3–6 senior consultants, matched to the target’s technology and working alongside your deal team. We add the depth to investigate while your internal engineers keep their existing commitments moving.
Know where to look first
Hundreds of deals help us recognize where the material risks and opportunities are likely to sit. We prioritize the questions that could change your decision and judge findings against real businesses at a similar stage, with room for sensible shortcuts by lean teams.
Find the upside, too
Diligence should reveal capabilities worth preserving as well as problems to address. We examine where technology could support new products, shared operations or expected synergies, and what investment or constraints stand between the opportunity and the result.
An integration view before close
We assess how the target could fit with your systems while you can still act on the findings. What needs to connect? What should stay independent? What effort and dependencies should your team account for before committing to the deal?
Access when it matters
Integration insight before you own the code.
Before close / Our review
We are usually the only participants on the buyer’s diligence team permitted to examine the target’s source code. We translate that access into evidence about risk, opportunity and integration effort, so your team can make informed decisions before closing.
After close / Your engineers
Once the acquisition closes, your engineers can inspect the code directly and plan the implementation. Our integration assessment is delivered before close, giving them a view of priorities and dependencies to build on when they take ownership.

What clients say
“One of the biggest benefits of working with Tech DNA is their ability to determine what the real focus should be. They just know how technology affects a business and exactly what to look for. They understand the ‘So What?’ of technology.”
