Penetration Testing

Attackers guess. We don’t.

Expert-led, white-box penetration testing for deals, the same exercise we run for governments, financial institutions and Fortune 500s. We test with the source code open, we aim at what the deal actually risks, and findings land in time to act before signature.

What we test

The whole attack surface, scoped to the target

Web, APIs and infrastructure, cloud or on-prem, modern or legacy. Scoped to what the target runs, not a package off a rate card.

Web & mobile applications

Authentication, authorization, session management, input validation. Scanners take the broad look. Senior testers exploit what matters, including injection, XSS, insecure deserialization and broken access control, and chain issues to prove real exposure.

APIs

The surface that grows fastest and gets reviewed least. Broken object-level authorization, weak token handling, unrestricted use, the shadow endpoints nobody documented, and the verbose errors that leak what attackers need.

Infrastructure, cloud and on-prem

Where attackers steal data and stage ransomware. Misconfiguration, exposed services, segmentation, transport security, and the third-party components and patch practices that quietly widen the door.

Why us

Four things a standalone pen-test shop can’t offer

Commodity pen testing is a market we stay out of. Here is what integrated means in practice.

One integrated workstream

Security and technical diligence run as a single workstream from one provider, validating and sharing findings as we go. What the code review surfaces sharpens the attack; what the attack proves lands in the diligence report. Nothing falls between two vendors.

We read the code we attack

We are not lobbing guesses at a black box. With the source open, budget goes to the highest-value exploits for the actual tech stack, and findings come faster because the code tells us where to aim.

We know the deal thesis

Industry, company, thesis: we probe the areas of greatest concern for this deal rather than running a generic checklist. It is bespoke because we understand what you are underwriting.

Deal speed, by design

Findings land while they can still change the deal: early enough for the target to remediate, or for you to reprice, before signature puts your name on the code.

The method

Run by practitioners, written for the deal

Human-led, tool-assisted

Scanners cast the wide net. Senior testers decide what matters and prove it by exploiting it, chaining issues to show real exposure rather than theoretical severity. Experience tells us where to focus.

Findings you can rank

Scored for both rooms: reproduction and remediation for engineers, pre-close versus post-close priorities for the deal team. Both can act on it without translation.

Honest about limits

A deal-speed test is time-limited and triaged, not exhaustive. Be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. Highest risk first, and we say plainly what we did not reach.

Beyond the test

Operational security review, remediation confirmation, roadmap and advisory, whether pre-sign, post-sign, or recurring through the hold and into exit prep.

AI changed the attacker’s economics

Capable, cheap models make attacks easier and attackers faster, and AI-generated code ships vulnerabilities as fast as it ships features. More surface, more risk, less time to find it.

Experience is the product

Pattern recognition from hundreds of cumulative practitioner-years, with an average north of two decades, is what you are paying for.
